• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).

• Standard Shipping (Australia): 10-14 business days.

• Express Shipping (Australia): 3-5 business days.

• Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct – we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect details.

• For damaged or lost orders, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

• International customers are responsible for any customs/import fees.
